Answers from Deanna:
Q: Hi Deanna. I have very thin hair, are there any products I can use to add volume?
A: Actually, I think extensions is the best way to add volume. It gives your hair a whole new shape and look, and because you’re not tugging or blow drying your own hair, it becomes healthier in the process. And since the texture of extensions isn’t frizzy, you’ll never have to worry about having a bad hair day when it’s humid or rains.

Answers from Alma:
Q: I can’t get to the salon every 6 weeks to get touch-ups. How can I maintain my color or make my color last until I can make it to my next appointment?
A: I recommend purchasing a temporary boxed-dye root touch-up kit from a local drug store, a color that matches the rest of your hair. I encourage you to only apply the boxed-dye to the roots of your hair, because boxed-dyes tend to leave you with very dry and bristly hair, which leads to a very frustrated hairdresser. While the temporary root touch-up can hold you for a few more than 6 weeks, I strongly urge you to get into your salon no later than 9 weeks past your last dye job!
