Busted!

Email This Post

Some of the most beautiful women in the world are small-busted and embrace their natural petite frame. But for decades, undergarment manufacturers have ignored this demographic until recently. Itty Bitty Bra, a California based company specifically designs brassieres for this growing number of women. It focuses on cup sizes AA, A, and B (starting at 32AA to 38B) only so women can feel confident and get the support they need whether wearing a t-shirt, turtleneck, or a strapless dress. If you need a larger band size, then try the Flatter Me Bra which runs from 40AA to 48B. Want to feel beautiful underneath your new cocktail dress, then go for the Sequin Strapless Bra in black or silver. We hear Taylor Swift is a fan, maybe this is her secret to looking good at every award show. IttyBittyBra.com, $16-$65.

Spotlight: Rockport Janae Bootie

Email This Post
“Ouch, your shoes are making my feet hurt,” a male friend said to me. But little did he know that these high heeled black suede booties are actually comfortable. And surprisingly, they’re Rockport. A few years ago, I would have never looked to them for stylish shoes, but in the past year they have really upped their game. Can’t wait for their Spring line! Janae bootie, Rockport.com, $160.

TYSA & artist Alison Van Pelt create National Aids Day totes

Email This Post

Today is National Aids Day and to raise awareness and money for AIDS research, designer TYSA has teamed up with artist Alison Van Pelt to create this chic eco-friendly tote bag.

One side of the tote includes an original image by Van Pelt, who says, “This image is a symbol of love and intimacy. We’d like it to be a reminder to be strong and respect your health and your life when you choose to be intimate.”

“We have a moral imperative to prevent prejudice and decimation to fund research and provide services and education to people living with AIDS,” says Tysa.

The canvas tote retails for $39 with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF). Available exclusively at TysaDesigns.com until December 31,2011.
