Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs DVD

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, a 2010 Golden Globe Award nominee for Best Animated Feature, is out on Blu-Ray, DVD and PSP today.
Flint Lockwood (Bill Hader) thinks his career is over when his newest crazy invention, a food making machine, accidentally destroys the town square and rockets up into the clouds. Just as the angry townspeople are about to clobber him, delicious cheeseburgers start raining from the sky. But when the people greedily request more and more food, the machine overloads and unleashes spaghetti tornadoes and giant meatballs that threaten the town. Now it’s up to Flint, his crush, weather girl Sam Sparks (Anna Faris), and Steve (Neil Patrick Harris), his talking monkey assistant, to save the town.

Paranormal Activity DVD release

Paranormal Activity is out on DVD and Blu-ray today, but one lucky lady won the chance to see the unrated version of the film in her home yesterday. Paramount Home Entertainment hosted the world premiere screening at Jessica DiMeo’s home in Rehoboth, MA, which was attended by the movie’s writer/director Oren Peli.
DiMeo also received a new home theater system that includes a Panasonic VIERA, a brilliant 42″ flat-panel plasma HDTV featuring a 600Hz subfield drive and true 1080p high-definition resolution; and a Panasonic 1000W 7.1-Channel Home Theater System with a Blu-ray disc player and a built-in dock for Apple® iPod and VIERA CAST support.
