36th Annual Daytime Emmy Award winners

It was a night of goodbyes and firsts. At the 36th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards, the women of The View finally walked away with their trophy for “Outstanding Talk Show Host” while daytime bid farewell to Guiding Light and presented the “Lifetime Achievement Emmy Award” to Sesame Street. Ugly Betty villainess Vanessa Williams hosted the show and presenters included stars from both primetime and daytime such as Jennie Garth, Lori Loughlin, Tyra Banks and Sandra Oh.
