Leighton Meester’s character, Blair Waldorf, wore this Jenny Packham dress on the set of Gossip Girl on July 28, 2011 while actress Emma Roberts wore the designer gown earlier this year on February 27, 2011 to the 19th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party.
