Remember those childhood summers when your mom had some iced tea waiting for you when you came home from playing outside with your friends. Well, now that you’re all grown up, you can put a twist on the classic iced tea by including chia seeds, which are rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids.

Check out these iced tea recipes using Numi Organic Tea and Nutiva Chia Seeds. In the first recipe, lemonade not only adds a citrus flavor, but it is also a great detoxifier. The second recipe includes green tea, which can help you lose weight.
