Today is Earth Day and we thought what better way to celebrate than to go with a healthy snack. Check out this easy-to-make Carrot Curry Kale Chips recipe using Numi Organics Tea. This kale chips recipe is not only delicious, but it’s the perfect snack to help you kickstart your diet to get that summer body for bikini season.
Carrot Curry Kale Chips
10 oz cut kale leaves (stems and stalks removed)
2 Tbs olive oil
6 tea bags Numi Organics Carrot Curry Savory Tea
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1. Wash Kale leaves and air dry (for best results, leaves need to be completely dry).
2. Combine kale, olive oil, salt, pepper and the contents of tea bags in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Evenly spread kale on a baking sheet.
4. Bake in the oven at 325° for 10 min (or until chips are toasted).
