Integrate exercise into your holiday schedule. Walk to local shops rather than drive. Discover footpaths near family destinations. Dance at winter concerts, at parties or in your living room.

T = Team Up
Team up with fitness friends to make a positive difference, especially when you’re tempted to eat too much and forsake your exercise routine during the holidays.
