Keane to release new album “Night Train”
By Sara Moore
Keane will be releasing their fourth album, Night Train, through Cherrytree/Interscope Records in the United Stated on May 11, 2010. The popular U.K. band, whose members include, Tom Chaplin, Richard Hughes, and Tim Rice-Oxley have sold approximately 10 million copies of their albums Hopes And Fears (2004), Under The Iron Sea (2006) and Perfect Symmetry (2008)

Night Train consists of eight tracks that were written and recorded while Keane was on their “Perfect Symmetry” world tour in 28 countries. The title comes from the band’s favorite mode of transportation during the tour, and includes collaborations with Somali/Canadian rapper K’Naan on Stop For A Minute and Looking Back. “I think these tracks show us in a completely different light,” said Keane frontman Tom Chaplin.
Keane will soon announce their North American tour dates. For more information on the band, visit KeaneMusic.com.
