Start your summer early and cruise to a healthier you with nutritionist to the stars Dr. Oz Garzia on the Regent Seven Seas Voyager. This May and June, guests can enjoy seeing the Greek Isles, Venice and Monte Carlo, while Dr. Garcia outlines gourmet meal plans, fitness routines, customized stress management practices and individual instruction in body restorations such as yoga, tai chi and massage.

On board:

On May 26th, guests will join Dr. Garcia for a welcome reception. He will introduce himself and set up time for one-on-one personal health assessments.

Guests will fill out a wellness survey that Dr. Garcia will use to determine the best way for each individual to pursue, maintain and elevate his/her personal well-being. These surveys will also be used to determine the topics of morning breakfast conversations with Dr. Garcia – a fantastic way to start each day!

Survey and breakfast topics can include gourmet meal plans, specialized fitness routines, individualized stress management practices, supplements, and body restorations such as yoga, tai chi, massage, etc.

Dr. Garcia and his brother Albert will host a Circle of Interest dinner on May 30th.

On the morning of May 31st, guests will join Oz for a private discussion on well being.

On shore:

After a light lunch aboard the ship on May 29th, guests will depart the ship for an afternoon of unforgettable rejuvenation. The destination is the Grecotel Daphnila Bay Thalasso, a stunning resort that literally tumbles down the green hillside overlooking Dassia Bay. The beautiful gardens, olive trees and breathtaking sea view all add to the renewal process.

Guests will visit the Elixir ThalassoSpa, the luxurious setting for unique thalassotherapy treatments (treatments with forms of seawater).

Guests will be treated to the following half hour offerings: hydrotherapy, seaweed envelopment, and relaxation massage.

Between the treatments, guests will unwind at the stunning thalasso pool, refreshing jacuzzi, sauna or the jeweled steam bath/Hammam room.

After the spa pampering, light refreshments of a Greek Meze of natural, healthy and local delicacies will be served in the main restaurant with amazing sea views.

On June 2nd, guests will join Dr. Garcia for a welcome reception and set up a time for one-on-one personal health assessments.

On the afternoon of June 5th, Dr. Garcia will host a private discussion on well being.

Dr. Garcia and his brother Albert will host a Circle of Interest dinner on June 6th to discuss the next day’s sojourn ashore.

On June 7th from the port of Sorrento, guests will journey to the tip of the Sorrenten peninsula and the charming town of Massa Lubrense.

The destination is the exquisite Relais Blu Belvedere, situated in a green Mediterranean shrub garden, full of hundred-year-old olive trees, maritime pines, agave plants and a spectacular rock garden.

The views from this luxury boutique hotel are beyond stunning, with the scenery including the deep blue sky, crystal-clear water where the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts join, and the Island of Capri with its Faraglioni, Ischia, Procida and Vesuvius.

From a private terrace, guests will join Dr. Garcia and his brother Albert in a tranquil exercise to relax, rejuvenate and calm the body with healthy air and breathtaking views.

Dr. Garcia and Albert will lead in the deliberate movement of Tai Chi, an alternative exercise with the reputation for ameliorating the effects of aging. Benefits of these slow motion routines include reduced pain, stress and anxiety as well as balance control and flexibility.
