Almond and Strawberry Brioche French Toast

Start mom’s morning off right with a delicious homemade breakfast in bed on Mother’s Day!

Almond & Strawberry Brioche French Toast

Artisan baked breads, dipped in our sweet local organic egg batter covered with strawberries and dusted with powdered sugar. Served with syrup.

1 dozen eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tblsp of vanilla
1 tblsp of cinnamon
Pinch of sugar for flavor
Artisan breads
6 ounces of sliced almonds
Bin of strawberries
Powdered sugar
Maple syrup
Olive oil


Put eggs into bowl and whisk.

Add in milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar and continue mixing.

Dip bread slices in egg mixture. Remove bread slices from egg mixture and cover with sliced almonds.

Grill or sear bread in pan with olive oil. Remove bread from pan and place in oven and bake for 6 minutes at 425 degrees.

Place on plate.

Garnish with fresh cut strawberries and powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup.
