Instant Pot Butternut Squash recipe for Fall

So you’re a novice cook but looking to try something different. Well butternut squash is in season this time of year and lucky for you, we have a delicious instant pot recipe from RawSpiceBar that won’t overwhelm you.


2 lb. chopped butternut squash (from about one large squash)
1 cup water or broth
Kosher salt, to taste
2 tbsp RawSpiceBar’s Ras el Hanout

You can also try any of these spices:
Saigon cinnamon
Pumpkin pie spices
Apple pie spices
Quatre Epices
Chinese Five Spice

Instant Pot Directions:
1. First combine squash, liquid, salt and spices in instant pot and stir.
2. Then set the instant pot on high-pressure for 3 minutes.
3. Use the quick-release method after cooking.
4. You can top the dish with yogurt, fresh herbs or lemon juice and then start eating!
